Fennel, grilled watermelon, lemon sorbet, purslane, pomegranate Neelamundi pepper

2nd starter
Sardines a beccafico: Sicilian-style stuffed sardines: with bread, grapes, pine nuts, trout eggs and flavored with orange

Main Dish
Al ragu rolls of lamb, candied vegetables and smoked scarmoza cheese, roasted hazelnut

Vegetarian option: Roasted eggplant with figs, Stracciatella, capers, roasted hazelnut, hulled barley.

Dessert
Pistachio tart, poached peach with citrus honey and lemon verbena
